As project architects, we brought the brick and mortar, or in this case tile and chrome, to making this all american food truck into a fixture at the Streets of Southpoint. We designed the commercial kitchen and sales counter for the food court location of the famous grilled cheese food truck and it's #MeltGod, Paul Inserra. With classic grilled cheese orange and an industrial aesthetic, even a simple cafe can become an architectural statement.
